I try download battle net app from blizzard.com but always failed. Fortunately, i have battle net installer from my old PC. This how you install battle net on windows, if you have same problem.
1. Download battle net ( download battle.net )

already upload my installer to my dropbox, i already scan it with
kaspersky. Its clean. Download from https://www54.zippyshare.com/v/2sKB7zPu/file.html
2. Double click it
3. Merely do it like install windows software and lets it download the update
4. After installed, double click battlenet, wait until select region. If you stuck, close it, wait 3 mins, run it again.
5. Login battle net account, wait until full battle net appear
6. Done
